Keeping up with the Affinity Groups:

Jewish Cultural Club has been creating and hosting weekly meetings about various topics, like Challah and the holiday of Tu Bishvat. We have also led a morning meeting for International Holocaust Remembrance Day.

Muslim Student Association (MSA) is a safe space for Muslims to come together as a supportive community in building an uplifting environment that benefits Muslim students as they guide through experiences at Cedar. MSA also works to help put an end to inequities that Muslims endure and other issues that exist in Denver, and Cedar that are harmful to the Muslim community, and it’s students.

APISA has been working on connecting with the Cedar community through events like the Spicy Ramen Challenge and Unity Fair. During our meeting times, we foster a supportive safe space to educate and address inequity related to our identities.
